Following the completion of my undergraduate degree, I spent a year teaching English in a school in former East Germany near Dresden. It was one of the most interesting, fulfilling, challenging, and memorable things I have ever experienced.
In addition to writing about my teaching experiences, I also explored themes of living abroad, German and American cultures, and food.
